1) Telephone us to arrange an appointment at your convenience - daytime or evening.

2) We will visit your home, usually within 24 hours from your initial call, often the same day.

3) We will look at the whole property and, in most cases, should be able to make an offer at the time of the visit. If you want to sell and rent back, we can agree the future rent payments at the same time.

4) Once a price has been agreed, we will notify our solicitors of all the details. If you do not have a solicitor, we can recommend one to you (we will pay all the fees.)

5) The solicitors will liaise together.

6) Our surveyor will visit your property. (we will pay for this.)

7) A date will be agreed when completion will take place (this is the day that we pay for, and own, the property.)

8) Your solicitor will pay off any mortgages or loans secured on the property and will pay you all the money left over - this can be a cheque or paid directly into your bank account.

9) You can either move out of the property or you can stay and rent it back fom us. IT'S THAT EASY!
